Digital Dental Scanner (iTero)

The iTero scanner is a digital imaging device used in dentistry to capture detailed 3D scans of a patient’s teeth and gums. The iTero digital scanning system is arguably the best way to create 3D models of your mouth without needing to use traditional X-rays or take physical molds of your mouth. 

It’s often used for creating clear aligners, crowns, and bridges, offering a faster and more comfortable alternative to traditional impressions. This safe process instantly sends a detailed map of your mouth to a nearby computer so that reconstructive pieces can be created quickly.

3D Dental Printer (KaVo OP 3D)

3D printing has been a remarkable innovation for many fields, including dentistry. The KaVo OP 3D is an advanced 3D imaging system that provides high-quality panoramic, cephalometric, and cone beam CT images. It’s used in dental diagnostics, implant planning, and orthodontics to visualize bone structure and dental anatomy in detail.

Intra-Oral Cameras

These are special tiny cameras that allow Dr. Julie Jang to get a much better view of the inside of your mouth. Images are instantly magnified and transmitted to a screen so Dr. Julie Jang can explain what she sees to you as she is analyzing. The camera comes with an LED light and a rotating lens so that all angles can be explored, as necessary.
